I didn't get the head coaching basketball job.
They gave it to a guy who has ruined a team for the past 7 years.
Today is the day I had my mind made up for me. I'll be leaving Bethune come Spring.

You shouldn't leave. I had a similar experience and my advice is to voice your concerns to someone. Your profile says that your an English teacher and from reading your blogs I think the children where you are need you. Push to get the position you want. Sorry if I'm intruding but I'm also a teacher so I find it refreshing to read about other teachers struggles and triumphs. Its easy to feel overwhelmed and alone in the chaos.
